Hi Everyone,
We will be passing out some nutrition assignments for the girls to do. I have attached links
to 3 nutrition videos that we would like the girls to watch and then answer the corresponding
questions. We feel this information is very important for the girls to reach top performance.
You may want to watch the videos as well. There is alot of great information in them. The
younger girls may need some help with the assignment.
